how to have healthy hairs ;

protect hair use conditioner while you are washing your hair
wash your hair with cool water and Allow your hair to dry by itself
use shampoo for massaging your scalp for about 40 seconds.
use spray while you blow dray your hair
do not brush it when it is wet
use a hair mask or hair cream from time to time
use a large flat paddle while you brush it
keep your hair strong by having healthy and balanced diet because it can prevent hair loss. like; use organic products or omega-3 every day :
Salmon, tuna, mackerel, and other fatty fish
Flax seed oil
Walnuts, almonds, and milk
do not wash it every day
and use Coconut oil , Argan oil: Argan oil , Castor oil , Bringhraj , rice water , egg mask , onion juice , green tea , a beer rinse , a paste of crushed amala .
remember to wash your scalp before using mask or oil and make it clean to work really well.
Skip hot water showers, because hot water make your hair dry and brittle as it strips protective oils from your hair and prefer a temperature which is just a bit warmer than your body temperature.

Wash your hair every 2-3 days also Washing your hair less often will also help regain your hair’s luster.
To prevent breakage your hair avoid using bands in addition never tie your hair very tightly.
Avoid using a comb by plastic bristles and prevent hair breakage from static electricity. The good way to brush your hair is by first brushing the ends for removing tangles then take the long stokes from the roots of the hair to the ends.
Drink lots of water and raw fruits and vegetables.You are what you eat, and what you put into your body will be reflected on the outside
