Fatty Liver

Fatty liver is one of the most common side effects that does not have drug therapy,
but can be remedied with some home remedies.
Fatty liver disease means fat accumulation in the liver cells,
but it is normal to have fat in the liver,
but when fat contains more than 5 to 10% in the liver,
then the person has a fatty liver disease.
Fatty liver results in the consumption of fat-rich foods
and the accumulation of this fat in the liver
and can damage the health of the individual.

There are 2 types of fatty liver disease:

alcohol and non-alcoholic.
The main cause of alcohol-induced fattyliver is excessive alcohol intake
and die liver cells in the case of alcohol consumption.

Causes and symptoms of fatty liver

Non-alcoholic fattyliver is caused by unrelated causes of alcohol
and excessive weight gain, drug use, diabetes,
high blood pressure, metabolic disorders, rapid weight loss,
high levels of fat in the blood, excess toxins,
certain infections such as hepatitis C or Genetic disorders are one of the causes of fattyliver.

In general, people with fattyliver disease have no specific symptoms
and may have symptoms such as abdominal pain,
fatigue, loss of appetite and illness, eye jaundice, swelling in the ankles,
stomach pain, feeling sleepy or confused.
Vomiting and stool, and therefore proper diagnosis is necessary before treatment is initiated.
There is currently no effective drug treatment for fatty liver disease.
However, the possibility of a liver returning to the previous condition is possible
and is usually treated with changes in lifestyle, diet, and home remedy, fattyliver.

Treating Fatty Liver

A food that treats fattyliver: Lemon is not only an egg but a medicine
because it contains high amounts of vitamin C
and antioxidants that helps the liver to produce enzymes such as glutathione,
glutathione neutralizes toxins, and therefore lemon helps detoxify the liver.
The lemon is rich in flavonoids,
and flavonoids stimulate the bile secretion inside the lemon,
which results in digestion of the food.
Lemon is effective in reducing all types of lipids, especially cholesterol
and triglycerides, and thus reducing the fat in the liver.
